My advice to anyone touring an apartment shown by Arché Nest is to be extremely thorough, check all heat and radiator hookups, check the thermostat, check every window, and do not trust any promises that problems will be fixed; make sure issues are addressed before applying. After applying, carefully read the lease and make sure nothing in it contradicts what Arché Nest has told you. Make sure that there is a no-fee payment option available for rent, as that is required by law, and make sure the advertised rent is correct. Since move-in, we have had to deal with three months of constant problems; being charged more rent than was advertised to us, consistent pest issues, trash piled underneath our windows, disconnected radiators spewing steam, and going a month without a stove. Best rental experience I’ve ever had! We worked with Heather and she was an absolute joy. Very warm, responsive, and helped us with the MANY questions we had. She even coordinated with us to meet again after signing our lease, when she didn’t have to! So excited to move in and her helpfulness was a factor in our decision too. Thank you!
