After living at Village Square for 8 years, I can honestly say the neighborhood was never a place I considered a safe and welcoming home. I’ve been selective enforced multiple times for things that other residents have done in the neighborhood such as having a security camera and flowers on my porch. Not to mention that I was a homeowner to this place. This past year, the crime with homeless people walking through peoples backyards and sleeping in their back porches. In addition, the number of times the cars have gotten broken into and stealing items such as money, glasses, and other miscellaneous things. After hurricane Florence, the fence was completely demolished and the whole backyard was flooded and covered in mud. After months of calling the HOA office, they would ignore our request

HOA manager is worthless. Need a new manager in there that knows what he's doing. Nobody can bother responding to an email or a phone call. Theres no reason to even have an HOA here they dont provide anything Trash pick up has been cut to once per week at savannah ct condos. The single dumpster is overflowing every week and when picked up they leave trash all over the place. Pathetic!

They target POC by a person by the name of Ronald. I have personally watched him walk by myself and my 3 guests (only allowed 2!) just to harass 3 young African American children. Asking them where they lived, how old they were, etc. All while holding a can of beer (in a coozy. No alcohol in the pool area, Ronald!). Also witnessed him ask someone to let him into the pool bc he forgot his electronic key. Then had the audacity to not allow someone else to do the exact same thing not 20 minutes later (once again with a beer in his hand with a coozy). One more example of his hypocrisy was watching him come into the pool section with his dog, knowing all to well that dogs aren't allowed in the pool area. This has been an issue for the entirety of our time living under this garbage association.

STAY AWAY!!!!! RUN!!! NOOO!!! STOP!!! 1 star because 0 is not an option! All the reviews are correct about this establishment. Poorly ran,communities are unkept and unsafe for children in many ways. Illegal activities on daily occurrences, unsightly cars along the streets every night and much more.We are currently moving as fast as possible for our own safety. Children run wild in the streets screaming at drivers, neighborhood has people that literally have a radar gun because they decided not to watch their own children, so beware of the innocent children unattended to. It is very sad. Complaints are dismissed and rules are continually violated. This is a perfect neighborhood if you decide not to be a parent and watch your children, like to deliver apple pies and gossip instead of work a

Jerry continues to increase maintenance fees but lacks the will to use the funds efficiently to cut down on multiple issues such as: flooding and homeless people trespassing behind homes and in people's yards. Large issues such as this does not get his attention but small minor infractions such as empty pots or a trash can will have a letter sent immediately.
