Terrible! My grandpa sold his property through this company, Sandy Norton was one of the realtors at the time. My grandpa was in his early to mid 90’s. They and the people buying the property met with my grandpa privately avoiding family or a third party with my grandfathers interest in mind to be involved. The people purchasing the property made promises to my grandpa to use the land to build a cancer research center to only then later upon purchasing the land (for far less than its value I might add) they immediately went back on there word and now are trying to turn it into a Lux resort. This company never cared or had my grandpas interest in mind. If they did they should have made sure that the promises made to my grandpa were put into the contract and made sure he was fairly paid for
