Archer Tower

First off, the people: While this is my first time living in an apartment building of this size, I have lived enough other places to greatly appreciate the professionalism and kindness that the front office and maintenance team provide. Tony was efficient and polite, checking my window units' air filters after having used the AC for much of the 3+ months I've lived here (so grateful to have one in both the bedroom and the living room). Max is so cordial and responsive to maintenance requests! He resolved my concerns so quickly, I was blown away after having low expectations from the last place I lived. I’ve had a great experience living at Archer Tower. The maintenance and office staff truly go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and taken care of. Max, Jeff, and Tony are absolute rockstars. They’re quick to respond, super friendly, and always take the time to explain what they’ve fixed or maintained. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in keeping the building in top shape. The office staff are equally amazing. Misha, Celeste, and Sharyn are courteous, efficient, and always willing to help with anything from lease questions to community events.

I’ve been living at Archer Tower for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s a wonderful place. The office staff is incredible. They are always warm, kind, and genuinely caring. Every time I’ve brought up a concern, they’ve taken it seriously and addressed it in a timely manner. They’re actively taking steps to renovate and improve the building. It’s clear they are dedicated to making Archer Tower better. The maintenance team is just as outstanding. They respond quickly to requests and provide expert fixes every time. I have to say this place has drastically improved since Greystar is no longer managing it (my first year here was an absolute nightmare). I came on here to give a shoutout to the maintenance team (under a pseudonym unfortunately; the entire internet does not need to know where I live), but first... While living here has been a much more pleasant experience lately, this place is still way too expensive; it’s an old building so still has some problems, and units are very small and not upgraded so aren’t worth the price. We’re still getting crushed with *illegal* junk fees too (but law firms are still too busy to take us on, and electeds just don’t care to enforce the law when it impacts renters): -forced valet trash—which is expensive and disgusting, as tenants are constantly putting out t

I just want to say how much I appreciate the maintenance team in our building. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve been incredibly professional, friendly, and fast. They truly go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly, and it shows in the quality of their work. It’s not easy to find people who care this much about what they do, and these guys genuinely do. Thank you for your great attitude, attention to detail, and constant willingness to help. You make living here a lot better!
