Absolutely stunning!!! Between the developer and Catherine, the selling agent, every beautiful and comprehensive detail has been included in these condominiums. Not only is every detail equisite but every detail to enhance all needs for seniors has been included. From the fixtures in the bathrooms to the colors of the walls, ceilings, floors, etc., everything is top decorator quality. The condominiums are beautiful, light-filled, architecurally stylish and elegant and they are located in a wonderful community for 55+ people who want to stay active. Does anyone know how much the utility and gas cost monthly on the 4th floor corner units? Is there any issues with roof leaking on the 4 floor?
