I live at 310 archer pl, I have put in multiple complaints regarding extreme noise that goes on at all hours of the day and night from my upstairs neighbor. For the past 6 months I’ve documented and sent in multiple complaints and videos of the noise to the property management company, only for nothing to be resolved. Both gate entrances to the complex were broken for months , and now one of them that they’ve “fixed” slams and sounds like a bomb is going off every time it’s it’s closed. This has been one of my worst experiences dealing with a management company due to their lack of taking any action .
