I was initially won over by their move in special and the manager at the time was respectful and trustworthy. Over the year of living here, management has been replaced several times over. I've had a lot of varied issues at this apartment complex. -Untreated drain flies -Rodents eating my walls -Sudden & inconvenient inspections -Unhelpful pest control services -Lack of ventilation (Windows do not open) -Lack of clear communication with management (ignored emails) -The landscaping crew would knock over my plants and blast my car with dirt & debris -Frequent, short-notice "inspections" It's not all doom and gloom. Parking is pretty accessible and the laundry facilities are usually clean and easy to use. All things considered, I'm excited to move out as soon as I can.

Got a notice for pest control mandatory the very next day which I find disrespectful as a resident this is our home and they just decide yeah strangers are coming inside your home the very next day no matter what sucks to suck and I can abide by that its simply wrong. Now they are doing maintenance for Monday Tuesday but can't give you a time or specific day, They also dont let you have grills anymore. Do yourself a favor and live at a different apartment. now another required maintenance walkthrough of our home like whats the point of renting a place if you cant enjoy it constant strangers invading your privacy its getting old do not ever rent here im telling you it has gotten nothing but worse over the years. ill be speaking with the office a resident decided to tamper with our laundry l

Since the first property manager was here I loved it but once she went to Lake City it went down hill. I moved in with my then fiancé (now husband) and we moved in around October 1st. We signed the paperwork on the 1st and moved in, all was great. We were waiting on a one bedroom to open up (we started with a studio) we got it December 11th. We started having a few problems with the unit and a problem with our payment from upgrading; we tried reaching out to the property manager and no one was ever there. I called multiple times a week and we went up there multiple times a week. Once someone WAS up there she said she was up there every day that week. Me and my fiancé fell on hard times and broke our lease. Now they’re saying that my fiancé didn’t even live there because he wasn’t on any pa

Supports section 8. Model homes so you can hear every step your neighbor takes especially bad when you live next to people with kids and hear stomping at 3am.Property manager wont do anything about these disturbances. Certain entitled residents that think they deserve their own parking spots. Lazy maintenance man,yes man there is only one for the whole complex. Apartments are trash not worth the amount you pay for the rent. Wish I could break my lease and leave now but I dont have the $1300 to break it.
