So I have been living here going for 5 years and never had issues like the most recent months. My brother came to visit around a month ago and not even 10 minutes of him getting here his car windows got busted, thankfully he got an alert on his phone, next day I went to office to tell Sergio the manager and all I got was oh I am sorry, take pictures. He told me that they should have a courtesy officer in the area but that he got there at 10:30 pm which is not true because my brothers incident happened at the same time. I have also gone to ask to get my carpet clean because that’s what’s they promised if I renewed my contract but after renewing nothing got done and they just told me that they couldn’t do it of course once I had already signed I also pay for reserve parking an residents with

So I've lived here going on 6 years. The first 3 I've had no issues. None whatsoever. Then new management takes over. Shortly after the mailboxes are broken into. I know because I had a credit card stolen and another one reported lost so they could get another one which they got. So whomever was doing it had free reign. At the time I was an otr driver. I called to inquire about the mailboxes. They knew nothing or so they said. I recently went in the leasing office to ask about the security situation because a neighbor had all their tires stolen off their car. Management said they have a courtesy patrol. There is a new management team not sure where they came from but they seem not to care for anyones needs it seems as if this apartment complex has no one running it therefore no rules implied which means there will be more crimes like the one last night March 4 2026.Someone stolen a car and drove it into 4 to 5 parked cars including and apartment unit cops were called a Mack 11 was found in stolen car residents are feared YET, STILL NO EMAIL FROM LEASING TEAM TO RESIDENTS on a plan to keep us safe.I do not recommend anyone a place like this that is ran on its own and residents without a clue of how safety may improve.The leasing staff need relocation or redirecting

If I could give no stars, I would.... where do I start... only have been living here for 3 weeks, my car was targeted & all 4 tires were stolen. Left sitting on bricks. Got in touch with the property manager (sergio), he came out to look at the car. Now originally, I was told that a neighbor saw the incident & took pictures of the culprit as they were finishing, when asked to see the pictures I was told the neighbor said she just took pictures of the car, she didnt see anything. Another neighbor has a ring camera, we were told to not knock on their door & he (the manager) was going to reach out to them. Never heard anything else from him. Just ridnt sit right with me. The 1star is for the old office woman Millie. She was great and helped my move in seamlessly and make lease changes. I have been filing work orders since November 2025 because I only have electricity in 50% of my apartment. I have a brand new baby and a dog who are living in a partially habitable apartment. My bathroom closet and sink area are without lights and have been for a week. My dining room and kitchen are without lights completely. Every time I put in a work order someone comes tells me they need to order stuff and never come back. This most recent work order was marked completed although no one ever came in the home.
