I moved into the Perlude last year and had an excellent experience working with David. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and always willing to help. Anytime I had a maintenance request or inquiry, he ensured it was addressed promptly and thoroughly. David’s reliability and easygoing nature made the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free. It was reassuring to know that management was attentive and proactive, and I truly appreciated his support throughout my time there.

I had a great experience renting from David. They were always responsive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly, and the property was well cared for during my time there. It’s clear they take pride in being a responsible landlord and creating a positive experience for their tenants. I’d definitely recommend renting from them!

My wife and I were tenants in one of Arch House Companies’ buildings for four years and it truly could not have been better. The location in East Boston was perfect, the unit was spacious and well maintained, and David and his team were prompt and thorough whenever we needed to put in any sort of maintenance request or if we had any questions. David consistently made updates and improvements to the building and shared amenities during our time there (painting the building, installing ring doorbells/ cameras, turfing the shared backyard, etc). 5 stars, would live at an Arch House property again. David was always a very considerate landlord. You can tell that he cares about all of his tenants - and more generally people. He is communicative, reasonable, and responsive. David is a great ambassador for Eastie!
