I have been misplaced because of a fire that wasn't my fault and the leasing office has no resources to help their tenants. We have all paid rent and were told that the fire was under investigation even though the city said it was closed and gave is a report n umber. They're very standoffish about the situation. No one from the apartments have contacted us AT ALL in reference to next steps. They had no fire plan in place and instead of being understanding that we have to pay out of pocket before our insurance reimburses they continue to dodge us. Homeless shelters are full, so I had to take my last $500 to find a place for a week. I'll be homeless next week. There's no sprinkler systems here and the units have issues that you look over if you need a place. Don't move into this safety hazar
I wish I could give this place zero stars!!! The leasing office is rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and sarcastic. My sister has lived here for 10 months. In those 10 months the office has had two major emergencies. A flooding happened and now a fire. They won't give residents an estimated time frame. They keep saying they have to wait for the Balitmore Electric Company for updates do deem the building status. We called and ask for that in writing ( that they are still waiting) they refused! The insurance company they provided only gave residents two days of holet accommodations. Now the residents have no where to go and have to live in a hotel on there on paychecks. We can't get an update. We been calling everyday and no one is helpful they even hung up on us when as family we tried calli
Horrible place to live, smells mariguana al the time , they instill your packages, very bad services, the laundry doesn’t work we trying to keep clean all time but moo coming all the time, also rats jus because I have a cat to catch them I don’t have any but just imagine if I don’t ? ??? All ways very hard to find a parking spot the does not have a designate parking spot for apartment, also the dishwasher doesn’t works and they just say they gonna fixed and the never did.
This property is not recommended. After a fire that displaced multiple residents, management provided no support, resources, or meaningful communication. All affected tenants were current on rent at the time of the incident. Residents were told the fire was “under investigation,” despite the city already closing the case and issuing an official report number. Since the fire, management has not contacted displaced tenants regarding next steps, housing assistance, or recovery efforts. Calls to the leasing office have gone unanswered. Because shelters were full, displaced residents were forced to pay out of pocket for temporary housing while waiting for insurance reimbursement. Management showed no concern or understanding of the financial hardship this created. At the same time, management h
I would not recommend anyone live here. At first, the apartments seemed decent for the price, but that changed quickly. From the first day I moved in, I dealt with roaches. Even though pest control came several times, they were never able to get rid of them completely. I should’ve known this was a bad sign when I noticed all the dead roaches in the hallway that had been swept out of vacant units. When it came time to move out, the process was handled very poorly. No one was available to complete the inspection, and management failed to communicate clearly. They also tried to tack on additional fees, claiming I owed extra money even though my lease was ending. One staff member, Mia (or Maya), even told me she didn’t care if I was homeless or couldn’t afford the charges. On top of that, I
