It's horrible to live here, super old apartments, super expensive rent and they don't fix anything, including the low-cost apartments and they have low-income people paying around 2,000, it's practically incomprehensible because if they are low-cost why people are paying literally the same as a regular one, thank God I was able to leave because they are a fraud

Incredibly filthy and disgusting property, has an extreme infestation of roaches through the entire complex. The pool is small and always dirty. The property management is extremely unprofessional, unorganized and rude, and their main call center does not answer and real concerns or problems. Just don’t waste your time here at all. They also will scam you out your application $, happened to two of my friends. They applied, payed, and provided all necessary documents only to be denied and never told anything. After a week my friends contacted the property to be told they applications were denied for being incomplete and not answering the phone or voicemails, both friends said they received zero calls or voicemails and the contact number they put on the application was changed. DO NOT LEASE unit 37. This apartment complex does not clean units prior to leasing them. Unit 37 is infested with roaches. The air conditioning unit is old, smells , is over charged. Electric bills are super expensive. Maintenance constantly half fix things. The immediate property manager is bring micro managed by Jareen. The unit is dated, cabinets are falling apart, unit has a odor, ac ducts has green mold , animal feces are all over the property.
