Living here has been such a great experience so far. The Arbors of Denton is clean, quiet, and really well-maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the front office staff. They’re always friendly and willing to help with anything I need. Don, in particular, goes above and beyond every single time. She’s welcoming, patient, and incredibly attentive—whether I'm picking up packages or asking about maintenance requests, she always makes sure everything gets handled quickly. I genuinely feel cared for as a resident, and that’s all thanks to the amazing team here.

Living at the Arbors of Denton has been an absolute blast! This community truly knows how to make residents feel at home while also keeping things fun and engaging. There are always resident events going on, and they do an amazing job bringing everyone together with a wide variety of activities and community gatherings throughout the year. There’s always something to look forward to, which makes living here feel more like being part of a neighborhood rather than just an apartment complex. One of the best parts of living here is the office staff. Don is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, and the rest of the office team is just as amazing. They genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels supported and appreciated.

your child is in genuine danger if they live here. i had a roommate who admitted to the building manager, Monica, she was a violent alcoholic, after second roommate and I had to call the police on her several times due to her throwing things while drunk, and Monica refused to let us move. She said at least our roommate was throwing things instead of hitting us, so she said there was no need for us to move out. We had police reports along with video recording from cameras of what she was doing, and despite police having to remove this individual from the apartment SEVERAL TIMES, Monica kept taking her side and told us to stop being dramatic. She wouldnt even let us transfer to a different unit when we begged and pleaded, evidence in hand. So this is a warning. If you get unlucky and have to

It’s a great apartment complex to live in if you are gone most of time Pros: 4 buses passed by this complex often during the day Short distance to the university They often host events to connect with your neighbors Cons: - Not very secure. I realized I still had the app for the gate and had access to the gate even after 6 months of moving out. They need to update it as soon as residents leave. Also the small gate near by the front of office was broken all year. anyone could get in this apartment complex. That explained why there were multiple students subleasing illegally - There was change of management and new one was very rude. Not very friendly. Thank goodness I left soon enough. The Arbors is an amazing place to stay! Teddy and Monica were so amazing and helpful and even allowed us to use their amenities for my engagement party!! How grateful I am for their kindness and attentiveness, you can really tell they care about their residents! Maintenance also moves quickly.
