Arbors of Brentwood Apartment Homes

The leasing professionals Zonia and Alyssa have been very helpful and kind throughout my process of moving in. Any issues with the apartment I experienced after moving in have been promptly resolved. I see some of the other reviews on here and understand there are concerns about spiders and safety. The ADT system in the unit is helpful and folks can get additional ring or other cameras if needed (I would recommend this anywhere you live in Nashville). For folks concerned about spiders, I highly recommend Ortho brand insect killer and/or peppermint oil (use the latter if you're concerned about health effectd of bug killers). I am in the process of finding a new place to live. Zonia was very helpful and gave me some great options on different units that the had available. I toured one of the units and was very pleased with the nicely updated and optioned apartments. The grounds have a nice Internet cafe and workout facility for the residents. The area is quiet and well maintained. I spoke with one of the residents and, she stated that she enjoys living at the Arbors.

I went on a self tour today 2/11/26. Though the office hours are posted open until 6 PM. When I got there at 2:45 they were closed. The grounds are well maintained, though I would say the building color could use a refreshment. I spoke with four different tenants, who all spoke highly of living there, with the exception of the office staff being unprofessional. The four different tenants I spoke with said there was no issue with any bugs or roaches. 2 Said they can hear neighbors at times. But it was nothing terrible. They actually enjoy living there. I was there two weeks ago or so I found the same unprofessionalism by the office staff. The white lady I spoke with never looked at me when I walked in. She kept her focus on her computer screen and asked me which unit I was from. When

I had a great experience at Arbors of Brentwood thanks to Zonia, the leasing agent. She was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Zonia took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and ensured the experience was smooth from start to finish. We lived here for about 4 months. We thought we got lucky finding such a nice looking place so quickly when having only 3 months to move. Zonia gave a nice tour and was kind throughout the process. The price for the size in this area of Nashville is a good deal. Initially moving in we were happy. The layout is nice. The pool, gym, Playground and ADT Smarthome were amazing highlights for us. Maintainence team was quick to fix things too. Our problems here is that the buildings could use some serious TLC. Our unit was not move-in ready. The carpets were not installed correctly with gaps between carpet and wall or frayed. Never used the balcony because the wooden posts were rotting in places (with a small child thats a death trap), broken shower tiles, and the floor next to the tub peeling. A
