OK - so let me just say the maintenance staff here is absolutely amazing! Always going above and beyond, always helping others, and too many to list. A large shout out to everyone in the office as well; much love. Also, the Clay County Sheriff’s Department does a great job community policing our apartment complex. The condominium conveys tranquility and life in harmony, all facilities clean and orderly, the maintenance team couldn't be more kind and capable, the apartment that is now our new home was delivered to us with extreme cleanliness (like I've never seen before). Over the last 3 years there has been many updates to make this place the perfect home! The swimming pool is always up and ready once the weather is nice, there are community events and activities for pretty much every Holliday and season, super sweet office staff! Miss Heather has been a blessing the entire time I’ve been here! Always knowing how to help if it’s ever needed! The maintenance team is always fast and efficient, especially if it’s urgent. I wouldn’t trade this community for anything else! I love calling this place my home!

Maintenance is so friendly and always there when I need them 💗 which is not very often.... Super on top of it staff Really happy with my choice 😊

I put in a request for my a/c and within 20 minutes they were here trying to fix when they couldn’t and needed a part they brought me a portable air conditioner so I could sleep with cool air. The next day they had someone here to replace everything. Such sweet team we have here. Thank you guys so much!
