Arbor View Apts

I loved Arbor when I first moved in with my partner. It seemed like an ideal place. Quiet, calm, and friendly neighbors. Very beautiful to say the least. I recently experienced safety issues and concerns and the management seemed to not take them very seriously. Looked into my lease and it states that they have no concern for your safety and are not responsible of what happens to you or your family. So if I were you, I would carefully consider if I wanted to move in. Terminating the lease early is another big issue because they make you pay a month’s worth of rent plus an extra $100. Sad to say that this amazing place sucks only because they’re not better with their security. You’re supposed to feel safe within your home but Arbor has not provided that for me or my family in the last few m

I LOVE Arbor! This is hands down the best apartment I’ve lived in. The management and team are super attentive and proactive. They’re quick to resolve any issues that are brought to their attention and go over and beyond to do so. The process for getting a unit and moving in was quick and easy with zero hiccups. The complex stays maintained and clean. They always have activities going on for the community and I love that! The only cons I have so far is the walls being super thin and the floors are low bearing, so I hear every single thing my upstairs neighbors do, and sometimes it wakes and keeps me up at night because they’re so loud. Lived here for 3 years, extremely well maintained property in a good area. The reason I need to knock one star is due to things I think werent completely in their control, but nonetheless I couldn't really ignore. The mailboxes and dumpsters are in very awkward, spots you must walk a long distance to get to. There is also a family in the building across from me that were complete menaces to everyone. The gate for the side exit kept breaking. The abundance of ducks made the inner area smell like duck poo and was difficult to walk through. Despite this, I recommend this place to everyone I know.

We are new residents to D’Iberville and Arbor View and we love it here! The landscaping is so beautiful and we love the lake and seeing the ducks and turtles around it. My fiancé and I have lived in a lot of apartments and we are definitely impressed with this place. We’ve had no issues so far and the office staff and maintenance workers are always kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!!

We attended the Seniors luncheon with Arbor View and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Carmen did an amazing job as she always does making sure everyone got here was seated and got their meal! She made sure everyone was having a great time while there as well! Thank you Carmen and thank you Arbor View for being the BEST Apartment Community in MS!
