Living at Arbor Trace Apartments has been a great experience. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to every day. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light. The management team, (especially Mrs. Cheyenne who always greets you with a smile) and maintenance team are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Any issues or requests are handled quickly, which really makes a difference. The grounds are always maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property is welcoming and peaceful. If you are looking for an apartment property to move to Arbor Trace at Lynn Haven is the one! Our new management/office team (and they are a team) are wonderful. There is always a smile to greet you and help you in any way they can. They are already making improvements to our community. Our maintenance guys are the best! Request for maintenance are usually handled the same day and they are all very respectful and courteous. Monthly activities/events are planned for those who want to partake. Spacious floorplans and electric fireplaces are just a couple things that add that special touch to making your apartment feel and be your "home"!

I have lived at Arbor trace apartments since 2023 and I could not be happier with this community. From the cleanliness of the grounds to the care the staff and the maintenance team to go to residents is by for the best. The pool gym and dog bath house are some of the best amenities that you will find. There is always some kind of event happening from bingo to painting to a summer bash done every year for the residents. I would and will recommend this property to any one look for a great community to be a part of.

We started the move process in July 2025 which resulted in our moving into a 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment on October 15. The qualification process was thorough and the office staff with Courtney as our primary point person helped guide us through the process We have been here over a month and have a sense that moving here is the best decision for us. Peaceful and tranquil is the perfect description. The office staff and maintenance staff are responsive, courteous and friendly. I lived in Orlando at the Camden, a high end luxury apartment complex for professionals, in what I dubbed the “Studio Penthouse” and moved for a job to Panama City, FL. Currently I live at Arbor Trace @Lynn Haven which feels like home. I live in the Sugar Maple floor plan which has such a massive dining room that I turned into a studio +1. The Plus 1 is the actual bedroom I’ve prepared for guests who come to enjoy the beaches and sharing a bathroom is no issue. The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful built in fireplace. The kitchen has soft close hinges, stone countertops, gray LVT flooring and carpet in the LR and BDr, there is also plenty of storage for food, pots, etc. I have a balcony which over looks one of the lakes and I love it!
