Arbor Station Apartments

I love living here and so does my family! Everyone in the office are friendly and professional, maintenance is prompt and efficient, and the amenities are clean and well maintained. This place is super pet and child friendly as well! If you need a spacious, tidy, and comfortable place to live- this is it!

My experience at Arbor Station Apartments was extremely disappointing and ultimately forced me to involve legal counsel. To begin with, the positives: the location is convenient, the layout of the units is spacious, and the property itself has potential. When things are functioning properly, it could be a decent place to live. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I submitted maintenance requests beginning in July and again in January for issues that significantly impacted the use and livability of my apartment. These were not cosmetic concerns — they affected habitability and the unit's full use. Despite repeated written follow-ups, the repairs remained incomplete for extended periods. A horrible experience with Kelly Elliott. I DO NOT recommend moving here — at all. Management routinely dismisses concerns and reframes it to make it appear as if somehow they're not in the wrong. It’s incredibly frustrating when staff act as if there are no consequences — as though having power or connections make you immune to basic standards of respect, fairness, or even the law. YET somehow they want your hard earned money. They want the power that comes from living off of your money and then to turn around to disrespect you. I don't tolerate that type of behavior. The assumption that residents are powerless or won’t stand up for themselves is outdated. Just because we’re tenants doesn’t mean we’re helpless or without resources 😊

I have lived at Arbor Station for over a year now, and am glad I have! After living near campus for the past couple years, it’s nice to have a quieter setting. The bark park is great and my pup Gus has been taking full advantage.

I moved here several months ago, and have no regrets. The team at the office are amazing. They really look out for us! Very happy that I made the decision to live here!
