Arbor Senior Apartments

I have lived here 5 years, I will not recommend this property, with this current Manager ******* and Staff. The property has gone down. The Management Staff cares nothing about the Tenants, Elderly, Handicap, maintenance, safety, security or upkeep of this building. Numerous times, after reaching out to Management with no avail I contacted the Corporate Office for help to protect the Seniors, Handicap and those unable to speak for themselves. This is a 55+ building, safety should be a priority. An electric cord should never be across a sidewalk from a car to the terrace. Seniors having to lift their walkers over the cord or step off the curb for an evening walk. After 6 weeks Management told me they were still working on it. I contacted Code Enforcement, It was corrected in 2 days. No amen

These apartments are very nice. It was comforting that our dad was living in such a nice place. Everyone was genuinely nice.

My mother and I have lived in the arbor apts since newly built. The maintenance department has always responded to our requests when called. We find the staff friendly and professional

All seem friendly.And it is a secure place to live.
