Well hello, hello, hello! From the very first point of contact, the experience at this property was outstanding. The knowledgeable, charismatic office staff truly represent the property well. I visited while searching for housing, and I must say they were incredibly personable, welcoming, and even had a great sense of humor. They provided all the information needed to move forward without hesitation. There were no negative vibes or energy—just straightforward, professional service, exactly as it should be. The application process was fairly simple, with a $32 application fee for those interested in residing here. The property itself appears fair, well-maintained, and the grounds are nicely kept. Overall, my rating is largely based on the exceptional office staff and the hospitality shown.

If they give you a place in the back leave, their building was infested,we had a multitude of animals come out of our walls like cats, bugs, squirls. They did not tell us any of time of spraying and only sprayed empty apartments, and for a while did not include us on the list. Your business will be out there, they will talk about your situation out loud. Maintnence will say sexual things about your body in front of you. The property manager is sweet and the office staff are nice when speaking to them. The company that owns this place is questionable They will check a thing out but never fix anything. Been living here for 3 months and everything has gone great. My work orders get done in a timely manner and everyone in the office is really friendly! The property manager always says hello when he sees you and answers any concerns you may have. I love how they communicate with monthly newsletters and attach a calendar on the back for any important days or if they have a special event coming up. Account statements to let us know how much rent will be for the next month depending on any credits so the exact amount is paid for is even better.

Been here for quiet some time now and I will say, it has been a great experience. The property manager is always welcoming and has a short nice conversation with you and doesn’t mind to assist you if you have concerns and if his two leasing agents are busy. The girls in the front are really nice and don’t mind helping you and will always assist with a smile. Maintenance is awesome as well, you can put in a work order and they will get it done and the girls in the office will always tell you if it’s not an emergency it won’t get done right away as emergencies are a higher priority which is really understandable. Been living here over a year, the office never finishes their renovations, I’ve got a half done hallway that’s been sitting without work for 2 months. I’ve got the opening to the attic and trash that is never cleaned in that hallway. The maintenance team will never come out even if you call the office multiple times. Took them 3 hours to fix my completely off air conditioner.. in summer. They posted mandatory pest sprays claiming we’re infested and wouldn’t tell us with what. Didn’t want to deal with our questions on dealing with pets. Didn’t work with us on moving it to more then 3 days away when we had to completely gut our kitchen. Then the pest people come out and say we have no activity... they raise their rent for what? The people at the office will just say I’ll get maintenance on i
