Arbor Park of Alexandria

I strongly recommend that anyone considering moving here think twice. This building is extremely old and the floors/ceilings are incredibly thin. I live on the first floor and the noise from the unit above me is constant. A family of seven people lives in a one-bedroom apartment above my unit, and every step, conversation, kids jumping or running sounds like it is happening directly in my room. The sound insulation is practically nonexistent. I can hear everything. I now sleep with earbuds and noise-canceling headphones, and even that doesn’t fully block the noise. Living here has seriously affected my health. I’ve developed insomnia, anxiety, and constant stress because there is never real quiet.
