DO NOT LET THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOOL YOU. MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT THE PHOTOS BELOW. They let anybody, and everybody in, that are literally just getting out of jail, disturb the peace on a daily basis, along with multiple people blatantly disregarding the guidelines they should be following. Blunt smoking, all hours of the day, unattended children playing in parking lots, walkways, throwing garbage all over the place, and also damaging cars with footballs, and basketballs. They will say they're doing everything they can to get these awful people out, but instead, they ask the GOOD, CLEAN people to move to a sister apartment that are not causing daily torture. You will be harassed, threatened, and stared at when you ask nicely, for them to simply turn their music down, or their TV's that ar

Iris and Travis were exceptional in providing and ensuring everything went perfect with our move. From start to finish they had no problem assisting me with every part of the process. They were sure to go above and beyond to make every aspect of my move perfect. And they”re still going all out for me. I love them ❤️

The unsupervised and unruly children who throw trash around and scream loudly every night (so much that they involve the police) make it difficult to enjoy. The maintenance is nice though.

Affordable community, Iris was very helpful and accommodating, toured all of the units available and made me aware of units that became available within my price range.

We love it here! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance responds quickly and with care. The neighbors are kind and the community is not only pet friendly, but love to welcome your pets by giving them a social media shout out to introduce them to the community. Water may get shut off for repairs at random times but not without warning and never for long. Iris is the property manager and she has been kind and attentive as well as Britta who very quickly learns your name and face making you feel imbedded into the community!
