We had already been pre approved with another lender and house shopping so we ALMOST didn’t call and make the switch, but WOW we are so thankful we did. From our first phone call with Evan we could tell he truly wanted to assist and guide us through the process. His communication skills are impeccable. He does what he says he’s going to do on time and/or EARLY. Within 24hours of chatting with Evan we had our Pre approval letter, a break down of what our mortgage would likely be and had submitted our written offer with our agent.
