Brenda, Yeisy and Favio those three management for Arbor heights they are the most helpful they treat me with respect if I have a issue they resolve it for me specifically with maintenance every time I have a problem with boothroom or kitchen they send me maintenance right away shoes three individuals are a good asset to Arbor Heights really thank you I have lived in different apartment buildings but those I don't want to recommend them to anyone but Arbor Heights i would recommend them to all my friends and family

I had the most amazing pleasant experience on Friday the 13th. I called to report two issues that was very troubling to me. I had the pleasure of speaking with Brenda from Arbor Heights/ The Shells apartment complex. This was the first time I spoke to her, I called hoping to speak with the other workers that I thought was still working there. I asked for the others and she told me they no longer worked there and can she help me. I told her the the reason for my call. I spoke with her approximately 11:15 and by 5:15 ,when I returned from worked the problem was solved. I want her bosses to know how pleased I am with her caring, pleasant and dedication to her job. We need more of Brenda and recommend that she get a very good bonus at the end of the year. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I must say .... I DONT have mice but I’ve heard a lot of units do! My issue is they don’t work in a timely manner. They want their rent ( ON TIME ) of course but when things break or isn’t working properly it takes FOREVER to fix! 🤦🏽‍♀️😤 There should always be a maintenance guy available & should have the knowledge to when & what time they will come fix things & it shouldn’t take MONTHS OR WEEKS!!!

The location is great and very covinient. So far it has been a pleasant experience. Would recommend
