Arbor Creek Apartments

Christi Taylor is absolutely the best management ever! She’s very outgoing , and super nice. The rent is super affordable! I literally love everything about Arbor creek! Don’t think about it move here ASAP

Just starting over in life. This place has been very good to me. It's a beautiful place and quite. The leasing manager Christi has been very nice and polite throughout the whole process. A true professional.

Positives: 1. The landlord, Lilo, is a professional, nice, down to Earth kind of person. Having a good landlord is a huge benefit. I've never experienced any problems that he didn't quickly resolve. 10/10 recommend Lilo. 2. Grounds are well kept, 3. Never any problems with pests that my wife or I am aware of. 4. Generally very relaxed vibe here. People stay in their apartments, or come out to BBQ. Neighbors I've met are nice. 5. Price is very good! We are saving for our house, so this is a good spot to do so. Negative: The only negative is the road noise, which is probably a factor for the low price. I've heard can be abated with use of sound-reducing curtains (and I actually have some on order now to try it out). If you can solve *This* problem, you will find this place is a good buy f

I have been at Arbor Creek for over a year, when it was time to renew my lease I had no doubt I wanted to stay. Lilo is the best and he truly cares about his tenants he goes above and beyond and takes pride in his job. The maintenance is also exceptional I had only a couple minor maintenance issues in my apartment and it was taken care of the day I repotted it. The property is well taken care of 7 days a week to keep it looking Beautiful!! Before moving in I look for a while and thought I would not find what I was looking for in my price range, when I came across Arbor Creek I felt so blessed and Lilo made The moving process a dream come true. It’s the perfect size for apartment complex where it keeps The amenities very enjoyable and not over crowded. The all around vibe here is so laid b

I have lived at these apartments for the last 2 years. I’ve had very few problems, and the ones that I did have were addressed very quickly. These apartments are very nice for the price. I’ve never had any issues with bugs or mice or anything like that, unless it was nasty neighbors moving. Even then, the issues I had were addressed immediately. It’s a nice place to live for the value.
