Arbor Club Apartments

I used to live here & had a package accidentally get delivered to my old address here back in the middle of December. I have attempted to contact them well over 50 times via phone and even sent emails as well. I’ve received a single phone call back, (only because they thought I was interested in an apartment) and when I explained the situation, she told me she would check on that and call me back Monday? When it was 3pm on a Friday. And of course I never received a call back on Monday. Absolutely ridiculous & very unprofessional in my opinion.

We’re looking for an apartment nearby for my son and his wife who are coming in from out of state and we are SUPER impressed! We have to move quickly for work reasons. We love they the complex is close to shopping and entertainment. Jen was very helpful and informative on all the policies so we know what to expect. We wanted something that is affordable but nice - this fits the bill perfectly!

Tamara the property manager was very professional and understanding prior to me moving to Arbor Club I had a scheduled tour. Somehow it didn't come through. But she was very nice, and courteous. Upon showing me my apartment, Which is very nice btw.. Access to the swimming pool, gym, and there's a trail to walk on. It's very peaceful and quiet. she explained in detail very well the application process and answered any questions I had. She's really Sweet and carries herself in a professional manner. Grateful to have her as a property manager.

Jenn was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions promptly! She was very attentive and professional when taking a tour of the place. I highly recommend adding the Arbor Club Apartments to your list of options!

Great apartments and Jenn in the leasing office was very helpful. Every holiday there is an event with activities for the kids so everyone feels included.
