We love living at Arbor Blvd at Canopy apartments. The office staff are genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They are quick to lend a helping hand when needed and don't hesitate to go the extra mile for you. The maintenance staff is the best. They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We can depend on them to get the work done right with a great attitude. The apartment is modern and spacious. The complex is designed for efficiency and safety. The parking is spacious. We have been very comfortable here. The staff go out of their way to create a sense of community through get-togethers and special events throughout the month. Our neighbors have been friendly, and we have had the opportunity to get to know others in this community. We have enjoyed living here and highly recommend the

I moved into this community about a month ago and absolutely love my unit. Parking is plentiful, it’s very safe, unit was spotless and the canopy subdivision is beautiful. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Hannah in the leasing office. Her professionalism and attentiveness are most notable. I’ll be first to admit my over-particular nature…. with that said, no matter the request, Hannah never made me feel like a bother, going above and beyond every, single, time. Additionally, I’d like to thank the maintenance team for their hospitality, hard work, dedication and drive to please. Overall, I’d highly recommend Arbor Blvd @ Canopy to anyone in the market for a newly constructed luxury apartment!

Arbor Blvd is amazing, quiet neighborhood and roomy apartment size. This apartment complex is close to many amenities. Most of all is the amazing staff, it is a pleasure working with them. They go that extra mile to help the tenants.

We havent moved here yet (still under construction) but wanted to leave a review about how nicely this apartment complex is coming along and how welcoming and kind the women were in the front office when showing us the property. Excellent service. Beautiful clubhouse. This is sure to be a wonderful location to live once it is completed. Beautiful and safe area.
