Arbor Bend Apartments

Living at Arbor Bend Apartments has been a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the exceptional leadership of Calisha Bowen, Community Director. She and her staff are truly dedicated to making this a great place to live. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and it is such a quiet, peaceful environment. The maintenance team is also wonderful—prompt, professional, and handles any request with incredible efficiency and a friendly attitude. It is clear that management genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of the residents. I highly recommend Arbor Bend!

I lived at this residence for 3 years, and Ms. Calisha has been the best property manager since moving in. Any requests made or assistance needed is always addressed throughly and efficiently, and her customer service is superb. The apartment complex is clean, noise-friendly, and safe. I didn't have any issues with neighbors, cleanliness, functionality, or maintenance. I had to move for personal reasons, otherwise, I would choose this apartment over and over again. I recommend this complex to all of my family and friends!

I’m a rental here and I must say management is awesome, Calisha and Samual are always open to listen to any problems you are having on the property and will get it done in reasonable timeframe. I had lived here almost two years and my family and I feel safe and it’s very clean and the units are very spacious and have up to date appliances and ceiling fans. Calisha, you are a very sweet and understanding individual when your residents have issues. Thank you for what you do here.

Love Mrs. Calisha in the office. Always helpful and attentive. I’ve truly enjoyed living here. The best part to me has been how great of a neighborhood/environment for my kid it has been versus some of the other apartments in Villa Rica. Kids are able to be outside playing at the park, pool, or playing football in the courtyard and just enjoying being kids like they should be.

I have lived at Arbor Bend for several years. Calisha provides exceptional service, and Samuel is consistently prompt in completing work orders. The property is well maintained, and I would highly recommend Arbor Bend to anyone looking for a new home.
