Arboleda Apartments

I have lived here since opening, and while intentions are great, there has been a ton of staff turn-over, and as a result, sometimes it is hard to get needs met and things fixed. They are not as disabled friendly as they say.

Always dirty and not a safe place to live we were very unhappy here bullied and fearful all the time kids were always unsupervised and they’d taunt my special needs sister spitting on her at times my car was completely vandalized in the underground security parking garage and our bikes were stolen from the locked security storage area we were threatened often and many times it was other tenants that were picking on us yet the management did nothing to help us ! Nor did they care we lived there for almost 8 years ! Lots of drugs and smoking pot and loose dangerous looking dogs roaming unleashed in the common areas garbage thrown everywhere garbage cans overflowing washing machines often broken doors broken windows broken !

Nobody wants to live like that!
