Arapahoe Square Apartments

My Husband and I toured here with Raechelle today, and could hardly wait to apply!! This community is a hidden gem at a great price with excellent amenities and spacious floorplans! Reading the negative reviews doesn't scare me, and it shouldn't scare you, either. The truth is, if you are going to live in the city, expect to sometimes see homeless and occasional crime. If you can't handle that, the city probably isn't for you, the suburbs would be a better fit. :) We cannot wait to move in, thank you Raechelle!

Air Communities took over management back in November 2025. I've been a resident since March 2024. In all my time here: 1. There have been 3 management companies which means there are constant changes and confusion. 2. Elevators and the garage door break. Sometimes those issues go months without being addressed. Since the new management came in, I've seen the garage not working twice and it was immediately fixed (or was never broken and just started working on it's own- who knows). But just something to be aware of. 3. People here can be filthy, and you will 100% see dog poop in the elevators and on your floor at some point. And cleaning is not done as often as it was with other management companies. So expect grossness in general. 4. The coffee machine rarely works. If you like this a

I want to share my own experience cause it’s been much better than what some of the reviews make it sound like. I’m not good with the app but I call and have the team put my work orders in and it’s taken care of faster than I usually expect. The office has kept me updated, answered my questions, and made sure I understand what’s going on. I know some people have had different experiences, but I can only speak for myself, and I’ve felt supported here.

I’ve lived in this apartment building for a while, and things were great until the new management took over. The difference is honestly shocking. The old management team kept everything running smoothly — the halls and elevators were always clean, the coffee machine was set up by 7 AM every morning without fail, and any issues around the building were handled quickly and professionally. Now? Nothing gets done. The elevators stay broken for days, the hallways are dirty, and the coffee machine hasn’t been set up at all since the management switched. They don’t seem to understand how the building is supposed to be run, and there’s zero communication or effort on their part. Lived in the apartment for almost a year now. I can’t speak to the new management as they came in mid Nov, and I’d like to give them the time to show what they can do into improve the building for the residents. That being said the interactions I’ve had with the new management has been positive and the staff have been very helpful. They seem to be cracking down of things the old management let slide (parking, maintenance, and access to the building) I’m looking forward to see what else they are able to do to improve the overall experience for the residents.
