5 Stars : Amazing Management and Great Living Experience at Arapahoe Club Apartments I recently moved into Arapahoe Club Apartments and I have to say the experience has been outstanding. Emily, the manager, and Sona, her assistant, have been incredible from the start. They made the whole process smooth and stress free. Before I even moved in, they had already taken care of everything I asked for. Every little detail was fixed and ready before I picked up the keys. Emily and Sona are not only professional but also genuinely kind and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and somehow manage to solve problems before they even happen. Lived here just about a month. I don't have much complaints other than my bathroom. When we got the keys we waiting an additional 4 days to move in. They had reglazed the bath tub so we wanted to give it a couple days to settle. Since we moved in the strong chemical smell has not gone away. I've tried several cleaning products and no luck the bathroom opens to our bedroom and the smell just lingers sometimes making it hard to sleep.

Report on My Experience Living at Arapahoe Club Apartments I lived in the Arapahoe Club Apartments for one year. At the beginning of my lease, I paid a $1,000 security deposit. Throughout my stay, I took good care of the apartment and followed all the terms outlined in the lease. However, at the end of the contract, I was surprised to receive a bill for $1,125, which the management claimed was due to the apartment not being in the same condition — particularly regarding cleanliness — as shown in the reference photos they had on file. In my opinion, this charge was excessive and unfair, especially considering the overall condition of the apartment when I moved out. Additionally, I found the building manager to be quite rude and unprofessional in her communication. It’s hard to understand

I've been here a month, and I am very impressed. I had to move on short notice from out of state, and was given fast responses when I asked for pictures of the unit and was able to sign the lease prior to being in the area. Maintenance is prompt and actually does their job, and I know a lot of other complexes don't have good maintenance, so that was a huge draw for me. The grounds are nice. Parking can be a pain since you have to pay for it, and guests need to have their parking paid for as well. But it's not super expensive or anything. No pest issues. Right by a bus stop, which was also a huge draw for me. Sometimes the amazon lockers become overly full, and the delivery people leave stuff on the floor of the locker room instead of the doorstep, but that's not something the complex can c

Lived here for a few years and loved it. Fantastic location and never had issues with management. Very kind and quiet upstairs neighbor and lots of grassy areas to walk my senior dog around. After living at a few apartments in Denver this was my favorite because of cleanliness and location. Trail behind it and close to a neighborhood park
