Araceli DTC Apartments

I’m SO impressed with this place and my experience so far. The building itself is brand new, so that’s already a really neat factor that I am literally the first person to ever live in the unit that I just moved into. In my opinion, there was a lot of thought that went into how the amenities are situated and their quality- if you love rooftop, balconies, and lounges like I do this place has multiple amazing ones. I’m also super impressed at the quality of the appliances in the units, it’s not just the cheapest brand of everything like you typically find in rentals and in my opinion, gives a definite luxury apartment vibe. One part that has been so far exceeded my expectations has been my interaction and experience with Sadie and Amber- from the tour to my actual move-in date, they were not

I absolutely love living at Araceli Apartments in the Denver Tech Center! The building managers are genuinely some of the sweetest, most accommodating, and most efficient people I’ve ever met—they truly make you feel taken care of. The building itself is stunningly beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed. All of the community spaces are inviting, stylish, and impeccably maintained. And the rooftop? The views are absolutely unparalleled—truly one of my favorite places to unwind. Highly recommend Araceli to anyone looking for a gorgeous home with exceptional management!

I absolutely love living here! The area is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with my apartment. The property itself is beautiful, and all the amenities are truly top-notch. A special shoutout to Julio from maintenance—he is amazing! He responds to maintenance requests right away and is always friendly and professional. . He’s very knowledgeable and made the whole experience so easy and welcoming. I definitely recommend this community to all my friends. It’s a wonderful place to call home!

When I first moved in, I had a couple concerns and wasn’t sure how things would be handled, especially for what’s supposed to be a luxury apartment complex. However, Ashley, the new General Manager, stepped in and addressed everything quickly and professionally. She was responsive, helpful, and clearly cares about the residents. Move-in itself was actually a breeze thanks to the loading dock and freight elevator, which made the process really smooth. The amenities are also well cared for and the building is kept in great shape. The people in the building are friendly, and management has been great since Ashley stepped in. 0 complaints.

The walls are paper thin. You can’t hear any of the noise from outside. We’ve got great windows, but the insulation between rooms is almost nonexistent. I can hear my new neighbor’s iPhone alarm go off every morning at 5 AM. I live in a one bedroom our beds share the same wall. it reminds me of college a bit, which isn’t great….. I also live on the 12th floor right below the HVAC units so I can hear them turn on and off all day/night long. Other than that, it’s a great place. Nearly perfect. Staff is kind, upkeep is great, Julio in maintenance is awesome and the amenities are solid. The paper thin walls are the only things that keep me wondering whether or not I’m going to renew my lease or if I want to recommend this place anyone.
