Arabella Apartments

I applied for a apt I have a cosigner and the manager Michelle was so RUDE! She kept changing what we needed to submit she was horrible to deal with. To have someone talk us in such a nasty condescending way, she was so nasty to my cosigner it was crazy. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this property!! They also kept $350.00 dollars of my money!! It wasn't the documents we had a problem with it was her nasty condescending way of talking to us!! Run don't walk away from this property..update a week and half later still has not refunded my $300 admin fee.. the manager at this property is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with!! UPDATE as of 2/17 still have not received my $300 fee back Michelle says check cut on 1/23 mail does not take that long!! Refuse to give me mail date or

The Arabella apartments are really nice. The leasing agent was helpful and aware of the cost and availability of the units. Thank you so much for taking me on the tour of Arabella.

I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I’ve lived in this complex long enough to say the plumbing is a nightmare (more so recently), and management refuses to fix the actual problem. We have raw sewage and other residents’ waste backing up into our toilet — yes, literally someone else’s waste coming up from the pipes — and the office is still refusing to send a licensed plumber. We have had constant plumbing problems and a disgusting sewage smell that never goes away since our toilet originally started flooding water out from the base. I clean daily, pour bleach and boiling water down the drains just to breathe without gagging, and it still smells like a sewer. The toilet also stinks very bad now despite cleaning it constantly. The maintenance man who worked here for years admitted th

It's getting better with the last two mangers we have . She's hands on She doesn't mind explaining things to the fullest . Which is a good thing. Things are being done much better and faster then before. Like my dishwasher 3years it had been broken. Since I moved in gotten tired of asking and waiting. Just washed by hand. Told the new managers It was fixed right away. Mush more professional. 😘

This Apartment Condominium is simply beautiful. The Manager is fantastic, she made everything simple and easy. After Moving from another state, I needed that.
