A few days ago we had a deal for a contract as the real estate broker of this company accepted our offer for a Co op. He gave me his handshake and we thanked him. I told him that I demand integrity and honesty when I do business. He said likewise. We started the process for the board application and we called him to find out about the contracts and he told us that the contracts are not out. We asked him we would like to have an official and professional answer and received no news. That being said, not only he did not give us any notifications but also had us waiting for him as a backup solution. Probably, he is negotiating for another offer. This is totally unethical in his business practices with us since he accepted our offer. If he was ethical and professional he should have kept the

My husband and I went to see an apartment. We were suppose to meet with the landlord. Mr. Ashgabat called us on short notice on a Saturday. We explained to him that we were out with our grandkids at the moment. He said he would make the appointment for the next dayAnd that he will call us. Well a week has gone by and I decided to give them a call and ask him why has he not called us. He informed us that apartment was taken already. I told him that it was very unprofessional for him not to get back to us to let us know whether or not the apartment was available or not. I would never recommend this type of service to anyone this real estate was not very reliable.
