Aqua Porta Apartments

Grady and the rest of the team are amazing, I have been dealing with a mailbox issue for three weeks and couldnt get USPS to fix it. I called the office and Grady and his team had it fixed by the next day. They are always so nice and very helpful :)

I have know the original owners of Aqua Apartments for all my life and yes, there was a lot of complications and problems due to their son.Ever since the new owners and David and Grady has took over the apartments, they have hire employee’s to help turned the apartments around they have new office staff that is friendly and helpful. Maintenance makes repairs in a timely manner. Apartments are clean and newly renovated. I would recommend you to check them out and you will see all the new changes. Also I in joy living close to the water.Terea

This morning I have filed a complaint with advocate for disabled individual that, was denied names of individual who was taken pictures of disabled renters personal dwellings, not only was he told by unidentified inspector discriminated against disabled person, but also rent is paid every month 1 & half week prior to due date, he was told after complaining about issues that have been prior to moving in had not been correctly fixed not only do we have video from entire place from date of move in to current, 2 week we had theft by an other residents teenage kid. As a disabled person that was discriminated against today by an Aqua Porta Apartments employee failed to give his name, and lack of ethics & professionalism of an employee of an apartment charges 999.00 is disgraceful and reports jus

Management is a joke. They decide their own business hours even though they have a sign that says 8-5 Monday-Thursday. And maintenance isn’t any better. It’s a 50/50 shot of them actually doing their jobs or making the problem worse. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Very unstable unfriendly and treat tenants as trash. They harass tenants about very minor infractions that would be easily correctable with a note instead they choose to harass and threaten eviction. As a money grab absoulelty terrible place to live especially if you are paying for it. Ms.Faye is absolutely arrogant and let's her old age be a excuse for verbally abusing tenants. Beware of this mice and roach infested. This apartment built in 1972 is barley renovated and is falling apart. DO NOT MOVE HERE
