Aqua at Windmeadows

We arrived just before closing, and Donna Anderson kindly made the time to show my sister and me an apartment at the last minute. Her service was wonderful, and we were so grateful for her help! Although we ultimately didn’t lease here (my sister was accepted to Cornell, so we relocated to New York instead of Gainesville), I was very impressed by Donna’s outstanding service and attention. A warning to the next tenant of J97- or any future tenant. I rented this apartment for a year. Here are the experiences I had: ⁃ Every so often you’ll hear a gurgling from one of the sinks, followed by the smell of sewage that’ll fill the apartment. I tried to have this fixed several times over the year, but they never fixed it. If this was a problem before me, it was never disclosed. ⁃ The bedroom’s closet rack was literally held together by zip ties (which were painted over during prior to our lease). Maintenance tried convincing me that they were “new hanging brackets”??? The rack has since collapsed, and they are seemingly refusing to restore it to a usable state. They also haven’t fixed the closet door that was damaged when it fell. ⁃ I have attempted to clean the apartment, but the

I am beyond disappointed in this apartment complex. I’ve been here for multiple years and considering not renewing my lease. First off we’re supposed to be living in a gated community and we have had the gates working, they are open all night! If I’m paying for a gated community, I would like the gates to be closed. It’s unsafe and not a real gated community. Also it feels like we keep losing the little amenities that we have. The pool has been closed for God knows how long and it’s almost the beginning of the summer. Our stairwell in our breezeway by our apartment has been busted and broken for about a month. They said they were going to fix it in that same day and they still haven’t it, it’s unsafe and we live upstairs. Also, the trash situation is always horrendous. Maybe they just need

I had a very positive leasing experience at Aqua at Windmeadows. The entire process was smooth, and moving in was really nice and stress-free. The staff was welcoming and professional, especially Jinky, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was clearly explained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish.

The aqua apartment tour was a really positive experience. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Jinky was friendly, patient, and very informative, which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The property is beautiful and feels like a place you could truly call home.
