Had been looking for a place in Saint Petersburg that had openings. Eric Del Greco got in touch with me quickly, removed the listing while running my information and got the process completed quickly. I was moving in the next week! He is working very hard to get the place into shape and has checked in on me and how my experience is going. That is appreciated. Apartments are spacious compared to many around the area and pricing is fair in this area.

I’ve been staying here for quite some time now and I can say with much appreciation that they not only address any issues that you might have but they move on it quickly. From the first day I moved in, they made sure the place was ready for my arrival and a few things that needed to be addressed were handled quick and efficiently. The property manager here is truly professional and courteous. The location here is convenient and safe. If you are considering living here you will not be disappointed at all.

This is my 2nd year at Aqua@66 in Saint Petersburg, and everyone in the office or the maintenance people are very nice and available when you need help. The manager Elijah he helps us, was very important specially that we come from another State, we don't have any knowledge how thinks going in another State when you look for an apartment, and for me is a plus because is close to my job.

6 floods in laundry room. Kitchen sink backed up 3 times from upstairs unit. Lied to me saying my apt was rented upon renewal of my lease to find out it wasn’t, leaving me homeless after hurricanes. Won’t return my $1500.00 deposit even though I left my apartment spotless. And they won’t return my calls.

Update: I’ve lived here for a year - there’s a lot of renovations of units once folks move out and initially noticed a few roaches coming in from other units. Roaches are common in FL so I got roach traps which really helped and I didn’t see them very frequently. Maintenance is excellent and efficient - the new landlord is pretty good but communication to tenants could be better. They inadvertently towed my car after enforcing parking passes that I was never given, luckily I didn’t have to fight or pay them to release my car and they took care of it within the day. 66th is busy and there’s a fire station and hospital nearby so lots of road noise and sirens esp loud if it’s cool enough to open the windows. Lacking in amenities and they don’t refill the doggie stations poo bags so that is a
