AQ Overbrook Apartments

AQ Overbrook is a nice apartment complex. I stayed in a studio apartment here for three years. For the most part, the neighbors were peaceful and quiet until they weren't. Aside from that, most of the tenants kept to themselves and didn't cause trouble. The glaring concern for me pertaining to my stay are the cockroaches I had to deal with. After 3 months of staying there, I noticed that they were everywhere; truly a major infestation. Furthermore, there is an exterminator that comes out once a month but the caveat is you have to request that they come visit your unit for pest control with your property manager. And so, I would often have to buy a can of Raid every few months and spray all areas of the unit every two weeks and sure enough they would appear in the unit dead to greet me upo

I lived at overbrook for about two years. The area is great the diverse community is very welcoming and safe. I Recently moved to the other building but this place is a great place inexpensive and The management is 5 star.. Stephanie is always there to help night and day whenever you need she goes above and beyond wouldn't trade her for the world .And Dave handles each building with care and urgency very consistent. The apartment maybe a little outdated but the management keeps you warm safe and happy.. great place

I moved in to this building last year mid pandemic. At first the maintenance wasn’t fast or responsive to a whole bunch of issues, pests, roof leaks, mold issues. I complained pretty heavily and got to someone in the management company. And within a couple weeks there was a new leasing agent/manager and new maintenance crew. I’d have to say a vast improvement followed. Stephanie their new leasing agent/manager has been amazing. She’s been extremely helpful with any issues that arise. I injured myself and have to have surgery and can’t take my trash to the dumpster and she’s been helpful in arranging for maintenance to come by and grab it for me. Previous reviewers have mentioned issues with management as the main concern, but it has changed recently and it’s MUCH better. Stephanie at the leasing office is very responsive to tenant concerns and Victor, who is in charge of maintenance, always fixes any problems within one day. The gym is really nice and for the location the price can’t be beat. It’s close to bus stops, the trolley, and regional rail, and there are places within walking distance to get pizza, beer, Chinese food, etc. The complex is dog friendly and I personally haven’t had any issues with noise from neighbors. My fiancé and I have lived here for almost 2 years and it’s been very pleasant overall.

I have lived here for two years and it was a great experience. Most issues seem to be with previous management arrangement, but I never had any issue. Stephanie, who manages the buildings, is very responsive, as is Victor who does maintenance. Any issue we ever had was addressed promptly. Apartments are nice and at least one window air conditioner unit is provided to beat the summer heat. The gym located in the basement of one of the buildings is really nice, having a full weight set and several machines for whatever kind workout you want. Its a great location, easy access to 76 via 10 minutes on Route 1 and several ways to get into the city via car and public transportation (Septa station within walking distance that goes straight to 30th st. station, and a Trolley that goes into the cit
