Wow, where do I even begin with April Mallory? Ms.Mallory is hands down the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. When I started looking for my dream home, I was feeling a bit unsure, but April made me feel completely at ease every step of the way. Her knowledge of real estate is incredible, and if there’s ever something she doesn’t know, she’ll go above and beyond to find the answer. I’ll definitely be working with her again in the future. She explained to me more in depth about the APR, the approval process, and how to seek more assistance on grants, etc. to receive a higher approval and remain in my budget at the same time.
