April is a dedicated agent & a joy to work with. April was absolutely outstanding! It was such a comforting feeling knowing she was always working 24/7 to make sure everything went smoothly with the sale of my home. She was very communicative with all parties and extremely accommodating. She worked very late the night before pictures to ensure everything looked perfect. She also went out of her way on several occasions to do showings, meet contractors, etc. She was there every step of the way. April recently helped us purchase our first home! April got to know us and just what we we're looking for, size, location, taxes, amenities, and price. With as crazy as the market was and homes only on the market for a matter of days, we spent about a month viewing 3-6 properties weekly until we found the perfect one. April was extremely helpful and informative throughout out the entire process, she is very flexible with scheduling viewings and always available to answer any questions that come up! All in all we had a truly great experience working with April and hope to do more business with her in the future!

I want to say that one of the reasons for holding off on buying a house was a bad experience we had with previous realtors in the past and the lack of care. April made a whole different view and experience for my husband and I. She was very efficient , nice, supportive, her personally and carisma was contagious and we are very lucky to had her as our realtor. It did not matter to her if we wanted to see a house far away or near by ,she was always wiling to take us for a tour and made sure we had all our questions answered. Thanks to April we found the house of our dreams and we are so very thankful for everything she did for us.
