Mortgage broker selected this company to perform the appraisal on my home for a refinance. They send an email with a couple numbers needed to download the appraisal from their website, but the website doesn't work; it says it cannot find the appraisal. If you reply to the email, it bounces. And if you call them and leave a message, they don't return your call (it's been 2 days). Edit: called 5 more times, trying every department, no one answered until finally Kathryn from the Sales Manager department answered the phone! She helped me right away and emailed the appraisal immediately. Thank you!
