Appraisal Associates

We live out of state and needed an appraisal done on our family land very quickly to satisfy our probate and sale situation. Tyler Appraisal Associates was the only appraiser to actually take my call and they did us the huge favor of stepping out of their usual territory to appraise our land within a week of the request. I can't say enough wonderful things about the responsiveness of Stephanie and Pam throughout the whole experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They did a great job and gave us an accurate value for our home. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The appraisal was actually $50 more than their competitor, but we still chose appraisal associates because we felt the most comfortable with them. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time (10 days or so), and it did not impede our divorce process at all. I'm very happy with this experience and outcome.

We had to have out house re-inspected and Terry came out immediately and got it done for us so we could close. We really appreciate Tyler Appraisal Associates for their helpfulness.
