Getting a mortgage was a very difficult and unpleasant process -- and I say this as a smart person with good computer skills and even a background in IT (software quality assurance). On the plus side, HMA mortgage is a HIGHLY responsive firm, thank you! Some staff were unusually pleasant - Lindsay, Jessica, and Anne's very smooth, calming presence. Great attention to detail, fast and accurate work. You folks are real people and even have a sense of humor. HMAMortgage will try to make the process a little easier.

Lindsay and her team were very helpful and gave clear instructions on everything that needed to be collected and processed for our mortgage. Great communication via email and text. Most of all they worked incredibly fast (including on weekends during the Christmas season) on a short closing that was requested by the seller.

Communication was prompt, encouraging and effective, including on Saturdays. They worked seamlessly with our Realtor.
