If I could I would rate this place at all but it’s a 0/10 I don’t even know where to start honestly. Before I moved in I was told by the Landlord that issues that I saw would by fixed, as some of you guys can guess those issues were never fixed or done on time. There was holes in the walls from the previous tenants, the flooring is messed up that the landlord said it would have to be glued or redone, one of the lights kept flickering until it burnt out and took weeks for a new one, I didn’t get my washer and dryer for a while because it wasn’t even purchased when I moved in, there was a day that I was told not to go on my balcony because they were replacing the support beam or whatever, the carpet to my bedroom was never properly installed, turns out my bathroom sink is broken and I wasn’t

August 2021 I do not recommend moving here. The management is so disorganized and do not do their jobs well at all. The space would be nice if they actually maintained it, I lived here here for a few months. Living here is a constant battle with management. They twist your words and don’t fulfill their responsibilities. They are childish, incompetent, and are borderline illegal. Avoid this place, it may be cheap but it’s taking a toll on my health and is not worth it at all. I’ve calling the city to see what they can do about this place, as this nonsense should have stopped years ago. Go anywhere else if you’re looking for cheap housing, because I’ve never before had to worry about whether my apartment management was going to target me for no reason. No preventative maintenance done at all. Place is FULL of spiders. Apartments are spacious with large rooms.

For as much as you pay, they are dumpy. Needs apartments redone!
