We rented a home through this realtor that ended up having a mold issue. While she may not have been aware of it beforehand, the lack of communication after we reported it was disappointing. I emailed to let her know about the problem and never received a response—just a document sent over for us to sign with no explanation. As tenants, we expected at least some acknowledgment or effort to address the concern.
I have used Emily's expert realtor services for my last for homes and would use no one else. Emily far surpasses any other Brokers with her knowledge, expertise, & understanding my needs. In addition, my children have both bought their homes using Emily and I trust her, not only with my own business transactions, but with family and that says it and that says it all!
