Applegate Apartments

My review is long overdue but , moving to Applegate hands down was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Bianca by far is the best when it comes to customer service! Quick turnaround with my application when I applied , and I also get quick responses with any concerns I have had within a timely manner ! Peaceful neighborhood experience so I have no complaints about anything ! If you are looking for “No place like home” come to Applegate!

We have been here for two years now we like here Ms Valerie and Bianca are very nice very comfortable here close to my job and my two dogs love it here they have a lot of room to run in the apartment I will continue to live here

Beautifully landscaped apartment community excellent staffing at the rental office maintenance is superb. I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone that is looking for an apartment. I really enjoyed the community they have a dog Park they have beautifully done common areas. As I mentioned before the maintenance is top notch. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

If you’re looking for an apartment in the Frederick area I would NOT recommend Applegate Apartments. A lot of these units have infestation problems with: drain flies, fruit flies, rats, cockroaches and spiders. Including the unit I was in, had a MAJOR drain fly infestation that management would not rectify. Drain flies would be flying around while me and my boyfriend were sleeping, eating, and would fly in our mouth, it was awful! Instead of the landlord rectifying the bathroom flooring that was the Main problem of the infestation of the larvae that were from the drain flies, there were SO many layers of the bathroom flooring that the landlord thought just putting another layer on top of the existing nightmare was supposed to solve the problem.
