Apple Valley Townhomes

I lived at Apple Valley Apartments for two years. I had a wonderful experience living there. The apartment was very nice and the grounds were always kept clean including in the winter months. The management and maintenance were very good at resolving any issues that arised. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Great and safe place to live.

CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT! Gunshots in the complex after the first couple months of living here which was not addressed by management. Amazon packages stolen. Cars keyed. Loud music banging against our wall during the week until 4am. Our apartment was not cleaned when we moved in and tons of maintenance issues. Peach fest and Halloween is practically hell trying getting in and out of the complex. There’s no way I’d even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Has its pro's and its con's, however the cons may outway the pros. When I got to this place I had already waited at least four months for them to "remodel" and it seemed nice quite surroundings, washer and dryer in unit, new carpets, and decent size. Soon after getting everything where I wanted though I started noticing that it was not so nice. I could stick my finger from inside the house outside through my floors in multiple rooms. At times even heard critters moving around between my room walls. I could push at least half my windows open from ths outside in with my pinky finger. And to even schedule people to fix it was worse. Under new management Sherice Clark a great addition to this property she stays on top of everything I love it plus she is honest my mom love her place at apple valley apartments. She asked me to write her a review because Ms. Clark has made an appreciation on her and my mom has lived her for a few different managers and she likes Ms. Clark the best

I absolutely loved my apartment! Management and maintenance were absolutely amazing! If I could afford it I would definitely move back! So cozy ✨️
