Apple Creek

I’ve lived here for a year and a half. My apartment was brand new everything when I moved in. This had its perks at first, but bc it’s an older building they ARE renovating, which now means the outdoors (housing siding, land scraping, and amenities). Tho it’s been a nice place to live for now, if you work nights and sleep during the day or work from home just know there is CURRENTLY a ton of daytime noise and lots of outages with water and electricity. Not sure what the future holds for next spring/summer/fall projects… No sleep for the night shifters!

Management takes care of the place; the grounds are well maintained and the common areas are well kept. The apartments are tiny; they have nice specials to lure residents in however they take everything back at lease renewal. Even the small units have washer and dryer hookups; consider buying your own washer and dryer - they rent old units and overcharge. The repairs are done fast however they replace broken appliances with used appliances. If you expect newer appliances or freshly painted units, expect to pay a premium. Parking is usually ok however there have been plenty of occasions when the lots fill up towards the evening. Overall, it is a good temporary place in a nice part of town.

These apartments are horrible. The management is rude. Very unkind. Will not work with you with anything, they overcharge you every single month on rent. The rent price is never the same monthly. When I moved out they tried to charge me 10 days of rent that I already paid for plus water and sewage that was on my last month rent. They will finesse you in every way they can and take more money than what they should. They also kept my 300 deposit on top of trying to charge me $500 for stuff that I already paid for on my last month’s rent before I moved out these apartments are complete scam!!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!

I've lived here for a couple of months now and I can honestly say this is the best place I've ever rented. I love the communication from the office staff. They're always so helpful and do their best to provide notices as soon as possible. They always have something going on for the tenants, whether it be donations to good causes and community days like celebrating national pudding or ice cream days. Very pet friendly community and they have a cute dog park. Maintenance has been great, whenever I put a request in, they're out here almost immediately. I love the amenities here such as the gym, pool and hot tub. All around, very happy we chose to move here.

I looked at this complex with a family member, for that family member. The woman in the office Shalene, is it nice and helpful. The apartments are very small. We saw a few different ones on the bottom level since we needed no stairs. One was in a non-smoking building so they charged a little more for that. Out of the three apartments we looked at, all the patios looked dirty and rundown. The insides were older, but not terrible. The sliding doors looked old and broken. Overall, the property looked okay. It has some character. It's an older complex and they are trying to update it a little. You are responsible for electric (apts are all-electric), plus water is extra. The heated pool in the clubhouse looked nice, but everytime I went there nobody was in it.
