I’ve dealt with dozens of title companies over the years. The only reason I used this company is because I’m new to the area and the realtor recommended them. I wish I had interviewed a few different title companies/attorneys before choosing this company. From my very first interaction with Paula until the very last, she seems like she hates her job and everything is an inconvenience to her. She is very short in responses, offers no solutions and is not thorough in her searches. I was able to close on a property with the wrong address! I pointed out discrepancies on the settlement statement and was told to just sign it as is and adjustments would be made later. We used this title company to close on my new home. I called many times to get information on my closing since I miss placed my paperwork during the move. They have no clue what customer service is and they don’t pay attention to details such as who is to be on the title. Maybe they gave me a reason for not putting my daughter on the title. If you all know what goes on during a move to another state taking care of elder parent you know it gets crazy. Remember you have the right to choose the title company or attorney to do you closing. You need to check out any referrals from your realtor.

One star is TOO high for this company. This was the WORST closing that I have ever experienced in 35 years. As a CPA I've called title agencies all over the US and received the HUD1 (Closing Disclosure) in 15 minutes or less. Next week it will be 5 months since we closed and I still do NOT have fully executed documents, all recorded deeds nor the title insurance policy. We closed on 5/5/23 in a mail away closing with the other purchaser in person. I have copies of the other purchasers NON notarized, but signed closing package. I'm not sure why a person sitting in front of a notary would copy their signature pages WITHOUT the notary stamp but NOT copy the one with the stamp, but that is what I have. This agency is great, everyone is super friendly and always quick with replies and communication. Our land closing was a breeze and accurate. Highly Recommended!
