Buyer beware. Received blue prints that had an error and luckily was found as work was being done. It was found that the owner of appalachian log homes had the correct blue prints for 2-3 months. The sales man,Dan, recommended a builder, who i found out later that everyone in the crew is related. Dan would pull some of the crew to do other jobs for him, delaying my home build The builder, shelby, is no where to be found now that the job was completed and all very poor craftmanship issues have been found. The cost to fix the issues has cost me out of my pocket 4500.00 so far. This was a dream home of mine and the experience that I have had is horrible . I thought bout selling it. Do not do business with them.
I wasn't there. Was in Blue Ridge but didn't go to this place.
