Leaving a review with the hopes of actually getting a response. I (luckily) am not a tenant with this property management, however I unfortunately do live next to a property of theirs. The fence between our properties was damaged in the Houston tornado MONTHS ago, my landlord fixed half of the fence and this company was responsible for fixing the other half. Not a single board on their fence was fixed, I guess with them hoping somehow the fence would fix itself. Fast forward to the most recent hurricane and the fence has 2 panels that are completely down, 2 panels that should have been fixed by them months ago. The previous tenant called and sent MULTIPLE requests for a fix, all to no avail, which led the tenant to move out. Now I am stuck using trash bins, lawn chairs, and wires just to t

This management property and the owner of the house we currently rent are horrible people. We reported our AC not working here in Texas (the hottest city) and they sent a technician out. However the technician advised them a new AC unit was needed but the company and the owner Mr Dang advised the technician to just use Freon. With this request we had to pay 75 and today the AC is still not working and we are a family with kids and a disabled husband. They had a technician come out yesterday 5/23/2024 and the technician left because the owner didn’t answer the call so we still don’t have any AC. Apparently the owner has 4 houses he rents out and 3 of them have no AC which I was advised due to the storm on 5/17. Our AC was out before then and now I’m being told to buy some fans, window AC un

I'm giving a 3 because the AC and water heater were replaced in a timely manner. However the house was not move in ready, and was dirty. The fence is awful! Not being able to pay our rent on the portal and paying directly to the owner via zelle is suspect. I'll keep my review updated as time goes by. I've worked in property management and some of the things that are being done/said are as I said before suspect!!

Let me start off by saying if I could zero stars, I would. I have had issues with this management company since day 1. It makes no sense how you have to wait so long for simple maintenance request. I have been keeping tabs on all my request for my records. Horrible service and communication.

Responsive, transparent and highly recommend. We found Apogee Properties after going thru two other property management company and we can’t be more happy. Although we live in Houston, they live up to the reputation and we don’t have the experience to handle multiple tenants across town.
